Office hours are from 7:00
AM to 5:00 PM Monday - Thursday and 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Friday.
Appointments are scheduled from
7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday - Thursday (one hour is reserved for
lunch) and 7:00 to 12:00 Friday.
Office visits are by appointment
only and are to be scheduled in advance with the receptionist. Urgent
problems will be handled on a walk-in basis if an appointment
is not available when you call.
Cancellations: To allow us to provide maximum care at minimum
cost, you are strongly urged to notify the office at least 24 hours
in advance if you find you will not be unable to keep an appointment.
Consistently broken appointments will lead to a charge being made
for the time scheduled.
In case of emergency, call
the office at 713-797-9922 and tell us the nature of the problem.
You will then be advised as to the proper course of action. When
the office is closed, the answering service will take your call
and notify Dr. Orzeck of your situation. He will then contact you
directly. A physician is available 24 hours a day; however, on weekends
and holidays Dr. Orzeck may not be on call. In this event, the answering
service will notify the covering physician.
